As recognition among young people towards fluid gender identities increases, there is also a backlash against it.

More education on the issue and clear methods to support it are the key to creating real change, where the humanity of one's right to self-determination is front and centre. 

Change is easier to achieve if we start off on the right foot, in this case, with the right name.

Every parent puts a great deal of weight on choosing their newborn's name because we feel that the name helps define our child.
